You've all seen the Laura Secord Heritage Minute that highlights the bravery of one remarkable woman during the War of 1812.

Now it is your turn! Create your own War of 1812 Heritage Minute for your chance to win and IPad 2 and other great prizes!

What do you have to do?

Choose a subject based on any story, person, event, or location related to the War of 1812. Any subjects addressed on the War of 1812 website, including the Learning Resources , Trivia Games, or Topics sections, can be used.
Research and film or animate your Minute. Only the content of the minute has to be historically accurate.*
Register and submit your entry, before March 31st, 2012!

* Remember: The Heritage Minutes are only 60 seconds long.
